“高品質(zhì)發(fā)展”是2019年政府工作報(bào)告的關(guān)鍵詞之一。在今年的報(bào)告中，李克強(qiáng)總理強(qiáng)調(diào)，發(fā)展是解決我國(guó)一切問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵，必須牢牢扭住經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)這個(gè)中心，毫不動(dòng)搖堅(jiān)持發(fā)展是硬道理、發(fā)展應(yīng)該是科學(xué)發(fā)展和高品質(zhì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思想，不斷解放和發(fā)展社會(huì)生産力。
李克強(qiáng)總理還指出，要深化重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域改革，加快完善市場(chǎng)機(jī)制，聚焦突出矛盾和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，推動(dòng)相關(guān)改革深化，健全與高品質(zhì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的體制機(jī)制，把市場(chǎng)活力和社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力充分釋放出來(lái)。

In today’s program, we will talk about “high-quality development”.
“High-quality development” is one of the key words in the 2019 Report on the Work of the Government. According to the report , Premier Li Keqiang has stressed that development is the foundation of and key to solving all our country’s problems. We must pursue with dedication the central task of economic development, never falter in our commitment to the strategic thinking that development is of paramount importance and that is should be sound and of a high quality, and continue to unleash and develop productive forces.
Premier Li has also pointed out that we will deepen reforms in key sectors and speed up the improvement of market mechanisms. We will focus on resolving acute problems and strengthening key links, deepen relevant reforms, make our systems and mechanisms better able to promote high-quality development, and fully unlock market dynamism and social creativity.
